Since 1991 provides water solution to scale prevention with AntiCa++magnetic conditioners installed in 18 000 locations in European Union, Russia, Canada and USA.

Water may be described as hard due to the influence of dissolved minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium.  To help with hard water problems such as maintenance, equipment and components replacement, internal corrosion in carbon steel piping systems and energy loses due to scaling we offer innovative AntiCa++ magnetic conditioners for domestic, commercial, institutional and industrial use.

These devices when installed on outer diameter of piping on the scale forming systems, through selected magnetic field applied to the flowing liquid, temporarily change the structure of the flowing liquid from hard scale forming carbon calcite to softer non-scaling aragonite carbon calcite.

The AntiCa++ devices are installed on outer diameter of piping on new and on existing systems without piping alteration. They are suitable for installation on plastic or metallic pipes of 1000 mm (40”) diameter inclusive.  They can be installed in low ambient temperatures to – 50°C (-58°F) and maximum pipe surface temperature of 170°C (338°F).  They can be installed indoor or outdoor powered by 120V single phase receptacle.

The international CB, UL and ULc certificates enable to export AntiCa++ devices to European Union, Russia, Canada and United States of America.

It is imperative to understand that a magnetic treatment DOES NOT SOFTEN THE TREATED LIQUID, IT CHNGES THE STRUCTURE (ARCHITECTURE) OF THE FLOWING LIQUID NOT ITS COMPOSITION.  STRUCTURE LARGELY CONTROLS THE LIQUID PROPERTIES AND IT CAN EASILY BE CHANGED IN INORGANIC PHASES WITHOUT ANY CHANGES IN COMPOSITION OF THE TREATED LIQUID. (1)

A magnetic water treatment promotes change (architecture) structure of hard scale carbon calcite to soft aragonite carbon calcite.  The carbon calcite in the form of aragonite does not adhere to the systems surfaces.  In open ended water systems the aragonite carbon calcite is flushed out by water use.  In closed recirculating water systems it is removed with separators or mud traps.

Where maintenance free AntiCa++ devices are installed on new piping systems, they retain the system’s original energy efficiency and associated carbon emission due to scale elimination.  They protect carbon steel piping from internal corrosion by forming thin coat of Fe3 O4 on piping inner surfaces.  They reduce system maintenance and equipment replacement cost due to reduced thermal stress.

Where maintenance free AntiCa++ devices are installed on existing scaled systems they in time soften the old scale.  The softened scale is removed from the scaled surfaces by flowing liquid.  The scale is removed from closed circuit piping systems by inline filters or traps.  In carbon steel piping AntiCa++ devices promote formation of Fe3 O4 protection against further internal piping corrosion.  They increase the system efficiency; reduce fuel consumption and associated carbon emission.  They contribute to the increase of the useful life of system components and equipment.  They eliminate chemical treatment and associated water pollution. They are suitable for installation in pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper, sugar etc. industries, where chemical treatment is not desired.

“Subtle energies” are able to change the structure and property of water (1).  A magnetic water treatment promotes change from hard scale forming carbon calcite to aragonite the soft form of carbon calcite.  The carbon calcite in the form of aragonite does not adhere to the systems surfaces.  In open ended water systems they are flushed out by water use.  In closed recirculating water system they are removed with separators or mud traps.
