AntiCa++ advantage and benefits vs. chemical treatment
- AntiCa++ devices produce an inductive electromagnetic field that neutralize ion structures of positive and negative charges of elements dissolved in treated water producing aragonite crystals. These formed crystals have stronger bond between them than are the bonds of ions to dissolved elements to the water molecules. The required strength of magnetic field to produce aragonite crystals is closely related to the volume and velocity of treated liquid flow in the pipe and the amount of dissolved elements in the treated water that indicates the water hardiness. The produced aragonite crystals form colloidal suspension in the treated liquid and do not produce scales and are either flushed from the open system or filtered in the closed systems.
- The by product of the transformation of ions to aragonite crystals is carbon dioxide and traces of hydrogen peroxide. The treated water acquires the property of rain water with the ability to dissolve carbonate scales in existing piping systems. The traces of hydrogen peroxide when in contact with steel surfaces form a chemically stable film of triiron tetroxide that prevents further corrosion..
- The benefits of AntiCa++ devices installation is in processes where changes of chemical composition of water are undesirable either due to environmental codes or process conditions, e.g. drinking water, process water for fermentative containers in food processing and pharmaceutical industry, brewing industry … – this has been field proven!
- AntiCa++ is used for treatment of calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 in sugar refinery, calcium sulphide (HSO3)2 in pulp and paper industry before the incrustation of piping and armatures – this has been field proven!.
- AntiCa++ devices decrease substantially the purchasing and maintenance costs especially when large quantities of water are treated – such as 1000 m3/hour, ash distribution systems, cooling circuits of blast furnaces in metallurgy … – this has been field proven!
AntiCa++ advantages and benefits vs. permanent magnets
- AntiCa++ devices are simple and provide for fast installation without affecting or altering of any previously installed piping
- AntiCa++ are used in for water treatment in large pipe diameters (200 – 1000 mm)
- AntiCa++ devices do not posses environmental hazards due to contamination and are resilient to aggressive environment – the devices are not in direct contact with treated water or other treated medium
- AntiCa++ devices are simple to adjust to the signal intensity of induced current, to the chemical composition of treated water and its flow rate
- AntiCa++ devices as a result of the principle of their function – to transform bond – they do function properly at low or no flow condition and they do not depend totally on Lorentz power (F ~ Q x B x v) as permanent magnets devices do
- AntiCa++ devices do not cause an increase resistance in existing piping at the place of installation and they do not capture magnetically active particles flowing in the process stream
AntiCa++ advantages and benefits vs. inserted voltage (catalic or ion-clean effect)
- AntiCa++ devices provide for simple and fast installation without affection the existing piping configuration
- AntiCa++ devices are suitable for installation in water treatment systems with large diameter piping (200 – 1000 mm)
- AntiCa++ devices do not introduce environmental or hygienic hazards and resistant to aggressive environment – devices are not in contact with treated water or other medium
